We ship from the United States and HongKong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be denied. However, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday to Friday, and they are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, they are shipped the following business day. Please note: We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. However, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot cover or predict these fees.

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photographs of the item(s) received
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds typically take 7-10 business days after the returned item is received or the cancellation request is processed.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
